With the coarse self-changing cylinder, the switching of a cylinder can be changed up to two times. This saves time and effort. If a key is lost or tenants go out with the key, one turn of the other key disables the previous key from working.
This function is ideal for the construction period of buildings where valuables must be protected and access to contractors is required. When the construction is finished, the cylinder keys are changed using the second key and these are then given to the tenants or owners. Keys used by contractors are no longer valid.
The self-changing cylinder function is available for the Coarse threaded cylinder systems pextra +, ANS2 and AP2000, along with other additional functions.
