SVP 2000 Emergency Escape Lock

SVP locks provide a perfect solution for both convenience and safety by automatically locking the doors after each closing cycle. The 20 mm automatic lock tongue design ensures that the door is always locked in accordance with the building German insurance requirements. The tab latch and additional anti-reaction mechanism provide two-point locking with increased security. At the same time, with the emergency escape function, it allows the door to be opened in the exit direction at any time using only the door handle. It is always possible to open mechanically from the outside with the help of a cylinder and a key.

  • Emergency escape/panic function in accordance with EN 179 / EN 1125 standard (only for wooden doors)
  • Auto relock feature
  • Universal release latch
  • Motorized unlocking
  • Additional electrical sequence control
  • Feedback contact signaling the door status

Features

comfortable and safe

The SVP 2000 emergency escape motor lock offers increased convenience with motorized unlocking. Whether you use it in your home or commercial environment, the emergency escape function allows the door to be opened quickly in one move, while the automatic re-locking mechanism ensures that the door is secured as soon as it is closed.

Scope of display functions

The feedback contacts of the lock allow the tongue, lock tongue, cylinder and door handle to be monitored all. The SVP 2000 is particularly suitable for the convenient use of doors for monitoring functions, emergency exits and escape routes. It can also be used to activate alarm systems or for remote monitoring.

Easy passage with the help of motorized lock

The motorized lock is self-actuating in conjunction with access control and emergency exit control systems, so doors can be easily unlocked from a remote location. In cases with high frequency of use, the lock can be disabled permanently. In combination with automatic operators such as DORMA ED 100/250, access solutions suitable for the physically disabled can be applied with functions tailored to specific application requirements.

Locks securely even in case of power failure

It provides anti-tamper protection with combination of electric sequential control and door contact. Auxiliary functions such as alarm time settings and operating times can be implemented and adjusted via the SVP-S 2x DCW motorized lock control unit, while an intermediate battery module maintains operational reliability during power failure.

Versatile operation

SVP locks are available in different versions, suitable for rebated or flush-mounted wooden doors as well as narrow doors. These products are also flexible in terms of mounting position, thanks to their right-handed and left-handed (multi-purpose) language. Approved for use as emergency exit locks for doors on escape routes and for use on fire and smoke controlled doors.
