M-SVP 3000
The M-SVP 3000 multi-point locking system with automatic locking action and panic function provides enhanced burglar protection for doors in private properties and project buildings. Each time the door is closed, it is automatically locked at several points. The lock is unlocked by using the cylinder and door handle or with the appropriate motorized system. M-SVP 3000 locks are approved for use on fire and smoke controlled doors as well as doors in escape routes. Profile-related hardware packages are available that significantly reduce configuration effort and simplify installation.

Locking device solution for emergency exit doors
The M-SVP 3000 is particularly suitable for use on emergency exit doors in combination with approved panic exit equipment. The lock complies with EN 1125 standards and can be combined with many door hardware systems such as dormakaba PHA 2500.
Multi-point locking for enhanced theft protection
M-SVP 3000 multi-point locking systems ensure that door systems are securely locked in accordance with property insurance requirements each time they are closed. The main slide and latch lock on the two additional locking points close automatically with a 20mm piece triggered by two tamper proof magnets. All locking components are made of high quality steel.
Tight closing of the door saves energy
The multi-point locking system not only improves intrusion protection, but also ensures that the door fits snugly to the frame, which means less energy and heat loss. This makes an important contribution to compliance with the sustainable building and door system standard EN 14351.
More convenience thanks to motorized unlocking
The motor lock really comes into its own when used with access control systems because the door can then be easily opened from a remote location. The door can also be opened at any time via the door handle and cylinder.
Barrier-free access solutions with M-SVP
Where the frequency of use is high, the permanent door release function can be activated. By combining the lock with an automatic pivot leaf opening mechanism such as the dormakaba ED 100/250, barrier-free access solutions tailored to specific application requirements can be implemented. For example, feedback on the status of the lock can be analyzed by the alarm system.
